» Septic tanks for domestic use
Septic tanks can be used in domestic situations to provide effective sewage treatment. The Balmoral CAP (illustrated) is a biological aeration type treatment plant designed to produce a moderate quality of final effluent in addition to overcoming several of the common problems associated with smaller domestic sewage treatment units.

» HiPAF systems
The HiPAF (High Performance Aerated Filter) sewage treatment plant provides tailor-made solutions in 3 different formats: the Compact Plant, the Midi-Plant and the Modular Plant.  This allows a system to be installed for up to 3,000 persons, so it will handle from a single home up to the largest of residential projects.  Hutchinson can source, supply, install,and maintain HiPAF plants of all sizes in addition to providing project management to support a new installation from inception to completion.

» Reed Beds/Willow Beds
Reed beds and willow beds are extremely effective secondary or tertiary water treatment systems under many different conditions.  Obviously environmentally-friendly and requiring relatively little maintenance, these systems can be used in a range of situations from single homes to large housing developments.
