Our products for waste water treatment for commercial and industrial applications

Commercial sewage treatment plant:  includes commercial properties, domestic communities ranging from 1 person to 3000 population equivalent, treating BOD and SS very efficiently along with a low ammonia standard if required.

Packaged pumping stations: for sewage and effluent: designed for uses on commercial and industrial schemes, all designed to your requirement, single or dual systems, 6 to 48 hour storage. We can also design and supply to adoptable standard.

Septic tanks:  similar to the treatment plant, the septic tank is used in domestic applications where the authorities allow the discharge, ideal for remote areas with a discharge to land.  If there is a problem with underground conditions (rock we can bespoke build), have been used recently on dog and horse wash down areas.

BESST (Biologically Engineered Single Sludge Treatment):  high performance waste water treatment providing total nutrient removal.

Micro screens: the micro screen offers the perfect solution for sites with a suspended solids issue; they have been usefully used in sewage treatment works, fish farms, paper manufacturing plants, food processing, zoos and power stations.

Water tanks: above and below ground water storage tanks from 1 litre to 280,000 litres potable and non potable, they also can be built to your requirement, shallow installation is possible; can be used for water attenuation, harvesting and silage effluent.

Ancillary/secondary/tertiary equipment:

Conical tanks: used for the settlement of raw sewage can also be used for the secondary treatment of sewage, have been used in the Water Utilities, commercial or industrial waste water solutions, various sizes from 7.89 m³ to 62.22m³ storage.

Reed beds/willow beds: these can be designed and installed for natural treatment, either stand-alone or as tertiary polishing prior to watercourse discharge,  Horizontal and vertical flow reedbed, maturation ponds and intensified wetlands.

Ultra violet light treatment, for tertiary treatment of sewage, required to make very tight discharge standards.

Phosphate dosing: becoming a popular requirement in sewage treatment, the authorities are asking for phosphate reduction in certain areas, we can design and service the equipment.

Sand filters: used for domestic and commercial applications to reduce BOD and SS, up to 600 population equivalent, can be used on old or new sewage treatment plants, above or below ground.
