Hutchinson Environmental Solutions Ltd is a professionally managed, family-run business which has been operating successfully for more than 30 years.  During that time our working practices and procedures have evolved to reflect best practice in all aspects of our operations, from designing and supplying waste water management solutions to installations, repairs and maintenance.

This Policies page reflects the day-to-day application of these practices as embodied in the various policies, providing standards to which we adhere throughout all phases of our operations.  In addition, we are ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 approved, and we have Investor in People certification.   Maintaining these marks of accreditation involves an ongoing programme of review and examination by third-party organisations.  Having these seals of approval provides our customers with certainty that Hutchinson is operating to the very highest professional standards, in all areas of our operations, from running our business and employing, retaining and training staff to working with customers and providing them with the very best  value, products, services and commitment.

In addition, our operations to the highest industry standards are reflected in our British Water accreditation for all our engineers.  The British Water training course leads to "Qualified Service Engineer" certification, which illustrates that the engineer is skilled in servicing small sewage treatment plant and foul treatment units.
